Raveena Tandon's 'Karmma Calling' series to Premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on January 26

In a cosmic alignment of destiny, Raveena Tandon's much-anticipated series, 'Karmma Calling,' is set to premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on January 26.

The Bollywood icon, known for her spiritual inclinations, expressed a profound connection with the project, stating that when one earnestly desires something, the entire universe conspires to make it happen.

Interestingly, the journey of 'Karmma Calling' began not today but a decade ago. Raveena reminisced about a meeting with the show's producer, Ruchi, a decade ago, where discussions about the series had already commenced. 

However, at that time, the demands of stardom clashed with personal responsibilities, as Raveena had just welcomed her son, Ranbir into the world. Despite the show being on the back burner, the actress believed in the power of Karma, asserting that what one sows, one reaps – a philosophy that seems to have played out ten years later.

Sharing insights during the trailer launch of her upcoming series, Raveena highlighted the impactful nature of her character in 'Karmma Calling.' 

She revealed a unique shooting ritual where, before each scene, she would first spot her co-star Ruchi and then adjust her performance based on Ruchi's gesture, whether a slight nod up or down. Such attention to detail, she believes, is crucial for the authenticity and impact of the character.

Expressing gratitude towards her co-stars, including Ruchi, Ashutosh, Taher, and others, Raveena acknowledged the heartfelt words of praise from Gaurav Ji during the launch event. 

She thanked them sincerely for their warmth and appreciated their kind words, emphasizing the importance of collaboration in bringing a character to life.

As the curtain lifts on 2024, 'Karmma Calling' marks Raveena Tandon's debut in the digital space. The series is slated for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from January 26. 

Now, all eyes are on whether Raveena's magic will transcend the silver screen to captivate audiences on the OTT platform. Only time will tell if the Karmma of this show resonates with the viewers and becomes a celestial success.
