"Guntur Kaaram" Set to Blaze Screens with Mahesh Babu and Sreeleela in the Lead

In a much-anticipated event for Telugu cinema enthusiasts, the upcoming action drama film, "Guntur Kaaram," is ready to hit theatres worldwide on January 12, 2024, coinciding with the festival of Sankranti. 

Helmed by the acclaimed director Trivikram Srinivas, the film boasts a stellar cast led by none other than the charismatic Mahesh Babu and the talented Sreeleela.

The narrative of "Guntur Kaaram" revolves around Guntur Karam, the formidable kingpin of the underworld in Guntur city, portrayed by Mahesh Babu.

The plot thickens as Guntur Karam finds an unexpected ally in the form of a fearless journalist, played by Sreeleela. The journalist is on a mission to uncover and combat the illegal activities that plague the city.

The leaked synopsis hints at Mahesh Babu's character embodying the role of Guntur Don, introducing a layer of mystery and excitement to the storyline. 

The film promises a unique blend of action, drama, and a touch of romance as the characters navigate the complexities of the underworld and the pursuit of justice.

Director Trivikram Srinivas, often hailed as the "Maatala Maantrikudu" (Wizard of Words) and "Guruji" (The Master), is renowned for his creative and quick-witted dialogue, humorous content, and fast-paced repartee. With a career that started as a dialogue and scriptwriter, Trivikram has become one of the highest-paid directors in South Indian cinema.

The ensemble cast of "Guntur Kaaram" includes Meenakshi Chaudhary, Jagapathi Babu, Ramya Krishna, Jayaram, Prakash Raj, and Brahmanandam, promising a power-packed performance from each actor.

The chemistry between Mahesh Babu and Sreeleela is expected to be a highlight, as they lead the charge against the injustices plaguing Guntur city.

Trivikram Srinivas, with a gold medal in Nuclear Physics from Andhra University, has seamlessly transitioned into the world of cinema, leaving an indelible mark with successful films like "Ala Vaikunthapurramloo," "Aravindha Sametha," and "A Aa."

"Guntur Kaaram" marks Mahesh Babu's 28th film in a leading role and was officially announced in May 2021 under the tentative title SSMB28. 

The movie was later given its official title in May 2023, building up the anticipation among fans.

Made on a substantial budget of Rs. 200 Crore, which includes Rs. 10 Crore for Prints and advertising, "Guntur Kaaram" promises to be a cinematic extravaganza with its gripping storyline, talented cast, and the directorial prowess of Trivikram Srinivas. 

As the release date draws near, fans eagerly await the unveiling of this action-packed drama on the big screen.
